What is the Miss MyMy guarantee?
Miss MyMy guarantees all 100% human extensions for weaving not to exhibit unusual tangling, matting or shedding for the first month; if applied by a certified Miss MyMy extensionist and the hair care instructions are followed.

The hair on all Miss MyMy wigs is also guaranteed to be of the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the hair on any of our units you have 5 days from the date you receive the product to request a replacement and send out the unit to be replaced with another unit of the same color, length, color and curl. Please contact customer service for complete directions for returning goods to us This guarantee is not valid for those clients who are not happy with their color choice or who would simply like another curl or texture. This guarantee states that the quality of whatever hair it is you choose will be of the highest quality available on the market. "WE GUARANTEE IT"

The unit must NOT be altered in ANY WAY. The unit must not be washed or worn and all tags, lace etc must be attached in the manner in which it was shipped. If the above are followed and you experience unusual tangling or matting, send back the problem hair along with tags and original receipt, and Miss MyMy will replace it. This guarantee covers the hair only. Any other costs including shipping the unit back to us will be the responsibility of the customer. We will not be responsible for ANY additional charges.

Can I color this hair?
Miss MyMy hair is of the highest quality human hair. You can do anything that you would do with your own hair to this hair with confidence. If you plan on doing multiple chemical processes we suggest using our Virgin hair. It has never been chemically processed.

How long will it last for?
How long it last will depend on how you care for it, we have custonmers who have been using the same unit for over 1 year but the average depending on the hair used is 8-10 mths.

What is the difference between Indian hair and Asian hair?
Indian hair is softer and finer than Asian hair which is slightly more dense.

What is Remi Cuticle hair?
Real Remi cuticle hair is the highest-grade human hair available and comes form one individual. The hair is sectioned and allowed to fall into its natural growing pattern. The hair is then cut and carefully sewn to maintain the natural cuticle direction so matting and tangling are virtually eliminated.

What is Indian Mink?
Each strand is hand picked and arranged in order to maintain the direction of the cuticle eliminating tangling and matting.

What is Virgin hair?
Virgin hair is Remi Cuticle hair that has not been chemically processed in any way. This hair is ideal for people who want to chemically personalize their hair.

What is Single drawn?
Every hair piece looks like a ponytail made of different lengths of hair. The very short hairs have been removed. For example : a hair piece of 20 inches of Remi quality and single drawn has hair lengths of 14", 16", 18", 20".

What is double drawn?
Every hair piece contains only hair of the same length. This makes this type of hair piece also the most expensive one as this procedure is done by hand, not by machine. For example: a hair piece of 20 inches of Remi quality and double drawn has hair lengths of 20" only. It contains no hair shorter than that.

What is M/C weft?
M/C made weft is the typical weft we see. The hair is secured by machine on one long continuous weft.


What is hand made (HMC) weft?
The weft is secured by hand. It is micro thin, nearly invisible and comes in precut lengths of 10".

Can orders be made on the Web site?

How long does it take for delivery?
It depends on the type of order you are making. Wholesale orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks. Custom hairpieces require 4-6 weeks. Most in stock items are shipped immediately.

What are the payment options?
Full payment is required at the time of order confirmation.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept certified check, cash, Wire transfer, MasterCard, Visa and Debit, Western Union.

What is your return policy?
Miss MyMy will be happy to exchange any product that was incorrectly shipped.

Miss MyMy uses Purolator courier, UPS, FED EX, Canada Post, DHL.

The cost of delivery is dependant on the order and will be confirmed with the client prior to shipping.

There is a minimum of 10 pieces per color per style on wholesale orders.

All wholesale prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

Can your products be used during pregnancy?
Are tapes are specially formulated for skin so they should not be a problem but if you have any questions or concerns please visit your health care provider.

When I check my online status it says pending, why is that?
All international orders will show up as pending until they can be manually verified with the issuing back. This can require a couple of days depending on where the order originated. After verification the status of the order will be change.

I don't have a credit card and would like to order from you.
