Miss MyMy goes to Cuba.
Before I do anything else I have to tell you something that happened to me a few weeks ago ...I thought it was funny but you can tell me.
While on my way out of a store I heard a male voice calling to me...he was asking "are you Fijian"? For a split second I thought ...ya right...very funny...you know I'm wearing Fijian hair...then I thought ...how could he know, then I heard him call again. I stopped and looked at him ...by this point he had caught up to me and he asked again "are you Fijian"?
He told me that he was from Fiji and I looked just like a Fijian. At this point I said "no" but you can imagine a huge scream was welling up inside me.
What a coincidence...I am very satisfied to know that this hair from Fiji looked so completely natural that a Fijian man...who probably knows nothing about hair thought I was from Fiji.
We have been receiving many inquiries about Fijian hair so we thought it would be great to show you a few days in the life of the hair...you judge for yourself what you think of the quality. |
Fijian hair goes to Cuba:
For all those who don't know... I'm Maya...I usually wear 26 inchs of Malaysian straight hair...but I just might go curly for the summer.
Fijian hair ranges from a very tight curl to a loose curl.
I am wearing the tightest curl.
This is my new hair just before leaving for Cuba on March 30 2008-04-21 We all know that with some other types of hair we may leave looking one way and return with it looking completely different...usually for the worst.

Arrival in Cuba @ 9:00pm...I hate late flights.
Day 1: Off to the beach.
Showered and ready for dinner later that night...by the way..the food really sucks in Cuba...but the people are so freindly.
Day 2: No lack of sun and salt water here.
Lets try some chlorine...this is my friend Justin.
Drying out poolside, I did not wash out the chlorine or salt from my hair...very bad you really should rinse your hair after swimming even if it is growing from your head but I wanted to make a point.
Later after showering ready for dinner and drinks.
Day 3: Off on a Safari or should I say dust fest!!!!
This dust is a killer...I might as well throw a bucket of it into my hair.
A little boat ride on a beautiful river.
Later that night after washing out the dust and god knows what
Flavio to my right, Cinnamon twist to my left and Latin flavour behind...WOW need I say more.
Day 4: Back to the beach for one last bit of sun I am tired and my phone or blackberry won't work here so to all my gorgeous divas...you know I would have returned your emails and phone calls if I could.
