How do I place an order and what are your hours of business?

To place an order or make an inquiry about any of our merchandise, please visit our website in order to contact us 24 hr a day or calls us at 416 849-5492  between the hrs of 10-6.

What if I cannot use my credit card or do not own one?

For those who do not own a credit card or who choose not to use their credit card you may pay by Pay Pal, email money transfer. Western union and Apple Pay.

Availability of Merchandise:

What is the availability of your merchandise?

Merchandise featured may not always be available through our website. However, we will make an effort to fulfill your order. We will be happy to suggest an item that is comparable to the one requested as a replacement. In cases where quality, color or length is sold out, we will contact you immediately.

Variance In Hand Made Products

You may notice a variance in the length, size, color and/or curl pattern of Miss MyMy products

Miss MyMy hair products are very special in that they are not only natural, but hand made, therefore there may be a variance in the production of these products. We make every effort to ensure as minimal a variance as possible, but it is a person making the products, please be aware and keep this in mind when purchasing. If you are concerned that any item may be to short or too small please go up to the next length and/or size.

Miss MyMy hair is sold to accommodate a 2" variance, for example if you absolutely do not want to have your unit be any less than 14" please order a 14"-16" unit, do not order a 12"-14" unit.

How To Return Or Exchange:

How can I exchange an item which has been incorrectly shipped?

  • Please contact Miss MyMy for return authorization number and return details.
  • Send all merchandise for exchange via courier.
  • Contact us with the tracking number for your package.
  • Please make sure to label the air way bill as merchandise returning to origin as we will not be responsible for additional brokerage or duty charges and will not accept the package if there are any additional charges.
  • Clearly mark the outside of the package with the authorization number
Packaging Your Return:

How do I package my shipment for return?

Please fill out the form attached to your receipt that came with your order. Include this form with the merchandise and wrap the package securely.

What is your return policy?

We do not subscribe to pressure sales so please take your time and be sure before committing.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to have every transaction result in an easy and successful shopping experience. Due to the nature of the product THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM WIGS. All other merchandise may be exchanged Within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, you may exchange any item, with the exception of sale merchandise and WIGS, in its original condition. The item must clearly not be used, washed or altered from its original condition. The item must have all original tags in original condition without any wear marks. We are happy to issue you a store credit or exchange of any item you are returning under these conditions. Please note that freight is non-refundable, unless you were shipped the wrong merchandise. For those clients who have chemically processed their hair, this is considered an alteration from the original condition making you not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Shipping Policy:

What is the Miss MyMy shipping policy?

Orders received after 3PM EST, will begin processing the following business day (Monday-Friday). We ship by FED Ex,Canada Poste; rates are based on the total weight of the order, destination, as well as the shipping time chosen by the client. All reference to days are business days. For orders outside Canada, the customer must pay all applicable import duties and charges. Miss MyMy is not responsible for any government-applied charges and or delays. Please check with your local customs office. International orders may take more time as they must go across borders and may be subject to customs delays. Our 4-7 day delivery are based on estimated delivery times. You will receive tracking information so you can track your package's progress.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping will be calculated automatically on each order and will be based on the package weight and destination.

Pop Up's

Miss MyMy Pop Up Shops are by appointment only. All appointments must be booked in advance and are a first come first serve basis.  A non refundable $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to your service/purchase on the date of your appointment. The latest pop up dates and locations are available here.

  • Wig removal/application
  • Wig maintenance wash style 
  • Color of extensions and/or wigs
  • Weave services
  • Consultations (45 min)

If you have a suggestion for a pop up location we would love to hear.

 

Residential/Hospital

We would be more than happy to schedule a private  appointment outside of our pop up schedule.

Pls contact us to confirm an available date and time.

All residential and hospital calls will be an additional $100 to the regular service call in the GTA. Pls contact us for fees outside of the GTA

Bridal

A little extra volume and length is always nice on your wedding day. We suggest Installation of a track or two just prior to your big day. We can custom match your color so all your stylist has to do is style your beautiful head of hair.
